Despite its compact size, the CAT 280 retains our signature oversized 50cm buoyancy tubes and heavy-duty 1050 GSM German Mehler Valmex® PVC construction. This gives it a massive 430kg payload capacity and unmatched lateral stability compared to traditional round-tube dinghies. Rated for up to an 8HP outboard, it gets up on the plane quickly and handles choppy water with confidence. As an Australian owned brand, we ensure your boat is fully ready to hit the water legally with an included HIN certificate ("pink slip") for simple registration.
